Copy of your legal description from a reliable source,a Warranty Deed or a Trustee's Deed, and a certified copy of the Trust Agreement. Copy of the Owners Title Insurance Policy (including Schedule A & B). Property Identification Number (P.I.N Tax I.D.). Information about adjoining landowners. Information about disagreements over corners and lines. Agreement as to who pays and when. Signed Copy of Work Order
